About The Position
FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S., and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to FleetPride Branches by expediting parts for delivery to all branches of the company as well as to our customers. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to maintain our reputation as a leader in the heavy-duty industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for pulling and organizing branch and customer orders for delivery from the warehouse. This will involve working with part numbers and quantities as directed by picking tickets, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery. You will also be required to manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices, which is crucial for maintaining the flow of operations. In addition to order fulfillment, you will stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas, ensuring that everything is organized and easily accessible. Weighing materials or products and recording weight and other production data on tags and labels will also be part of your responsibilities. To uphold safety standards, you will clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Regular examination and inspection of stock items for wear or defects will be necessary, and any damage should be reported to supervisors promptly. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
