Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory (experience in a distribution center is a plus).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable time management and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift.
• Comfortable operating pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a forklift or turret truck/stock picker.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage, organize, and retrieve stock.
• Perform inventory counts, weight checks, and rotate stock using FIFO methods.
• Inspect merchandise and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Safely distribute products to assigned areas and operate motorized equipment such as forklifts.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
