About The Position

The position involves scheduling and reserving LTL (Less Than Truckload) orders after financial release in systems. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and reserving LTL outbound reclaim swap orders, as well as assigning outbound and inbound customer orders to the FTL (Full Truckload) team when weight or dimensions exceed limits. Coordination with the FTL team is essential for managing outbound shipments to customers. Additionally, the role includes assigning outbound stock transfer orders to the FTL team under similar conditions and tracking LTL/TL stock transfers. The candidate will also be involved in scheduling FTL DLA cylinder returns, hot shot shipments, and intermodal stock transfers, along with assisting in scheduling FTL/volume shipments.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, production planning, or other relevant supply chain roles
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or similar)
• Understanding of MRP is preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft programs
• Above average verbal and written communication and reasoning skills
• Strong ability to define problems and collect data
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt

Responsibilities

• Schedules and reserves LTL Orders after financial release in systems (SL)
• Schedules and reserves LTL Outbound Reclaim Swap Orders
• Assigns Outbound and Inbound customer Orders to FTL team if weight/dimensions are exceeded
• Works with FTL team to coordinate Outbound shipments to customers
• Assigns Outbound Stock Transfer Orders to FTL team if weight/dimensions are exceeded
• Works with FTL team to coordinate Outbound Sales Order shipments to customers
• Tracks LTL/TL Stock Transfers
• Schedules FTL DLA cylinder returns
• Schedules Hot Shot shipments
• Handles intermodal stock transfers
• Assists with scheduling FTL/Volume shipments
