New Balance’s Distribution Associates are responsible for receiving and fulfillment functions of the Distribution Center to process orders for customers around the world.

Requirements

• Able to lift 35 lbs. on a regular basis, push/pull cartons/carts up to 75 lbs., and stand and/or walk on concrete for 8 hours a day
• Proven track record of stability and dependability in the workplace
• Able to operate lift equipment
• Fluency in English language; able to read/write
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to adjust work schedule to meet a reasonable amount of overtime based on business need

Responsibilities

• Receive and move incoming inventory
• Pull, pick product as directed
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Process orders for returns
