About The Position

The Distribution Associate role at PACCAR involves working in a state-of-the-art distribution center responsible for distributing Kenworth and Peterbilt truck parts globally. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay with regular increases and a shift differential for evening shifts. Associates will be cross-trained in various warehouse functions, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and rotate through all warehouse functions as needed.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Capability to withstand heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Verify delivery bills and product received during the receiving process.
• Assess quantity, size, weight, and volume for stocking materials in appropriate locations.
• Process customer orders using warehouse order picking software.
• Pack items following best practices to ensure safe delivery of products.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including weight, piece count, and freight classification.
• Assist in training new employees in warehouse functions.
