About The Position

The Distribution Associate 2 supports safe, accurate, and on-time warehouse execution by performing core distribution activities such as receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory control. This role follows standard work procedures, maintains high transaction accuracy, and supports continuous improvement and quality compliance requirements where applicable. Key responsibilities include the following:

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment utilizing WMS software and RF scanning technology
Ability to work in a physically active role (standing/walking, lifting, PPE)
Clear communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Flexible working in cold-room settings depending on the day's workflow
Experience in regulated distribution (life science/pharma/medical device)
Experience with SAP EWM/TM or similar WMS/TMS
Experience with continuous improvement practices (5S/6S, standard work)

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders accurately and safely
Receive materials, complete put-away, and perform replenishment to support outbound flow
Execute RF/WMS transactions correctly (moves, confirmations, inventory adjustments as assigned)
Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
Identify and escalate exceptions (shorts, damages, wrong labels, mismatched quantities, system issues)
Follow SOPs for labeling, packaging, documentation, and material handling
Maintain housekeeping standards and support 5S/6S expectations
Coordinate with teammates and leads to meet daily service and productivity targets
Support onboarding and cross-training as needed
