About the position

We are currently seeking talented Distribution Applications Competency Enablement Manager who want to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence. In your new role you will be responsible for enabling and supporting the distribution partners' technical resources to become proficient in demand creation activity for Infineon products, technologies and solutions. Act as the link between Infineon Segments/Divisions and our distribution partners ensuring that partners have the necessary competencies to successfully design-in and sell Infineon's products. Align with the segments/divisions to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them ensuring that distribution partners have the required competencies to meet customer expectations. Deliver training programs (certification), workshops and webinars to equip distributor technical resources with the necessary technical knowledge to support the design-in of Infineon products. Lead the Infineon participation at distributor FAE central training events. Lead the collaboration with distribution partners to incorporate Infineon cross selling data into their internal digital platforms. Identify new tools that are in development by our distribution partners and align with Divisions/Segments on appropriate data exchange opportunities to position Infineon solutions in these tools. Heatmaps: Own the collection of applications heatmap data from distribution partners and align with Divisions/Segments to ensure training and enablement of FAEs for key applications is in place. Demand Creation Recognition Awards: Own the reporting of distributor demand creation results to support the annual Americas Demand Creation Distributor of the Year awards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Semiconductor Distribution business.
  • Experience in dealings with Sr Management and Executives from the Distribution network.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence individuals from different teams or departments.
