About The Position
As the Distribution and Logistics Integrator - Level 3, you will serve as a Warehouse Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transportation (PHS&T) Integrator, acting as the technical subject matter expert for the F-35 Sustainment Supply Operational Team. Your role will involve interacting with both internal and external customers on a technical level within an integrated product team (IPT) environment. You will be required to maintain an onsite presence in the office or at CEVA for two or more days a week as necessary. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving customer-raised PHS&T and Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues, conducting site surveys, and addressing activation gaps. You will also provide SCM assistance in developing and updating the Facilities Requirements Documents (FRD) as Autonomic Logistics concepts evolve, which includes evaluating and approving design changes and releases associated with warehousing and support infrastructure. In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for briefing customers, program leadership, and peers on the status of programs and projects. Periodic visits to Government sites will be necessary to assist local personnel and meet with Government Property Administrators, typically scheduled to coincide with property reviews or Site Condition Inspections. You will coordinate with the Joint Program Office (JPO), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and Inspector General (IG) on Sustainment Property topics as required. Furthermore, you will work closely with Items Analysts (IAs) to provide proper disposition instructions for DD250'd spares at operational sites, depots, and third-party logistics (3PLs). Your role will also involve reviewing product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, leveraging your experience in supply chain and logistics management, warehouse management, and shipboard operations.
