About The Position

The City of Evanston is accepting applications for Distribution and Collection Operator. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining the City's water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

Requirements

• Completion of specialized training in the field of work.
• Basic skills typically associated with a high school education.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or completion of an apprenticeship/internship.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of Wyoming.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a Wyoming Class I Distribution System Operator Certification.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a Wyoming Class I Collection System Operator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the City's water distribution systems.
• Operate and maintain the wastewater collection systems.
• Perform related maintenance duties as required.
