About The Position

The Distribution Analyst (DA) will support the West Region's VP of Distribution and Distributor Partner Managers (DPMs) by providing strategic analysis, generating standard reports, and offering communication assistance to optimize distribution efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Analyst role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Sales-oriented with an understanding of sales drivers and how data connects to sales execution.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of core distribution roles and organizational structures.
• Familiarity with the retail landscape, including local, regional, and national accounts.
• Comfortable in an office-based role (approximately 90% of the time).
• Ability to work collaboratively with RBNA, regional teams, and retailers.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
