About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for accurately tracking and recording incoming and/or outgoing shipments, preparing documentation as required, communicating with guards on incoming tractors/trailers, ensuring trailers are in doors in timely manner, coordinating trailer moves with yard jockey, maintaining and verifying the yard map, ensuring yard checks are completed at appropriate times, data entry for WMS system, answering phone calls and attending to the driver window, training other team members in SRC position, responding to pertinent emails, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. C Shift : Thursday - Saturday (5:30 AM - 530 PM).

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 plus years Office experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
