Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to lead digital and at-home organizing efforts, with an emphasis on inclusivity and accessibility.
Oversee tools such as Mobilize, Scale to Win, and others as needed for distributed programs; ensure systems are easy for volunteers to use.
Draft scripts, training decks, and toolkits for volunteers.
Lead regular volunteer trainings online; empower volunteers to become team leaders who can host their own events and mobilize peers.
