This position reports to the Information Technology section, which provides business automation and application development solutions for a wide range of DMS business needs. The position calls for strong team involvement and an ability to collaborate and work effectively with other analysts, content managers, developers, customers and management. Responsible for Enhancement, Maintenance, and Support of custom software applications, as well as the configuration and integration of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions used within the Department of Management Services (DMS). These custom applications are web-based and developed using modern programming languages and SQL compliant relational databases. This position requires advanced-level technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on complex tasks. Design and develop new or replacement SaaS applications to support the business operations and processing needs of DMS. Collaborate closely and professionally with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system and automation requirements.
