The Distributed Computer Systems Analyst position is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to FDACS clients, ensuring their IT systems and equipment are functioning correctly. The position will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as image workstations. The role includes assisting with 2nd and 3rd Level Technical Support for department employees and workstations, including hardware, software, and communications components. Duties include diagnostic evaluation and technical troubleshooting of software and hardware problems both on-site and remotely via FDACS-owned software and services. The analyst will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, perform repairs, upgrades, and installations of IT equipment, and assist in supporting the configuration of FDACS mobile devices via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. The position also involves supporting the planning, testing, and implementation of projects under the supervision of management, including designing and implementing software management via the department-owned MDM platform.
