Role summary: The Distinguished Technical Program Manager, AI Enablement is a visionary leader, strategist, and AI Evangelist responsible for shaping Walmart’s enterprise-wide AI transformation. Operating at global scale, this role defines the long-term AI enablement strategy and partners across business, product, and engineering to integrate intelligence into every facet of associate and customer experience. The AI Enablement Lead is a hybrid leader and builder who operates at the intersection of technology, strategy, and innovation . This role goes beyond traditional program management — blending the disciplines of technical design, product strategy, and hands-on prototyping to drive AI transformation. About the team: The team harnesses AI, platforms, and data to create secure, compliant, and user-focused solutions supporting Walmart’s Corporate Affairs. Key initiatives include automating ESG disclosure, sustainability, and philanthropy impact reporting, while enhancing global newsroom operations and stakeholder engagement tools.
