You’ll work closely with product managers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to architect solutions that are elegant, maintainable, and future-proof. The Role in a Nutshell Serve as the principal architect and engineering lead for complex, cross-functional software initiatives. Design and implement scalable systems across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability. Lead technical strategy and decision-making for core platforms, including AI integrations, enterprise automation, and internal tooling. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, code quality, and continuous learning. Evaluate and introduce new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns that align with our long-term goals. Contribute to the development of internal standards, best practices, and reusable components. Partner with AI Product Manager and other stakeholders to integrate LLMs and intelligent agents into production systems.
