Requirements

Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in full stack development and cloud-native computing.
Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools.
Expertise in analyzing and scoping complex requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects.
Proven ability to design scalable, modular, and secure software architectures aligned with business objectives.
Skilled in coding standards, multiple programming languages, and frameworks to deliver maintainable, testable code.
Experience driving testing strategies, root cause analysis, and defect management to ensure high-quality software.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and guide technical decision-making throughout the software lifecycle.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, modular software architectures ensuring performance, reliability, and security across distributed systems.
Develop clean, maintainable code following industry standards and optimize applications for usability and cost efficiency.
Lead testing strategies, including test case development and execution, to ensure comprehensive coverage and defect resolution.
Manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines, monitoring program metrics to maintain application health.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve defects, enhancing product functionality and security.
Guide teams on technical decisions, fostering innovation and adherence to best practices.
