Purpose: Discovery Technologies & Molecular Pharmacology (DTMP) has established over 20 high‑throughput, high‑dimensional Multiomics platforms that have generated more than 2.5B data points over the last five years. We are recruiting a Director‑level Distinguished Scientist — an individual contributor and matrix leader — to serve as subject matter expert for Multiomics across internal teams and external collaborators. This role will interpret high‑dimensional platform outputs, support data/metadata quality and provenance, prioritize cross‑platform experiments, and translate integrated evidence into actionable decisions for target ID/validation, modality selection, biomarker development, early safety signals, and patient stratification from target concept to NME. Structured without direct reports to preserve deep technical focus, the Distinguished Scientist will exert matrix influence across Therapeutic Area partners, translational teams, Therapeutic Discovery modality groups, IT, DSDH, ISD, and internal discovery teams to accelerate time‑to‑insight and improve ROI on platform investments. Critically, this individual will lead and shape external scientific partnerships, engage academic collaborators, consortia, CROs, and industry partners to drive Multiomics innovation, negotiate technical strategies and data sharing, and expand Multiomics capabilities while delivering measurable portfolio impact.
