Requirements

+10 of experience in hands on technology implementation, and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical study.
Proven experience in architecting and building large-scale systems.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms, backend/frontend frameworks, AI/ML, enterprise security, and agentic AI patterns & libraries.
Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration skills.
Ability to present ideas to senior leadership to influence org-level technology decision making.
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence across functions.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping engineering culture.
Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
Experience driving innovation and navigating ambiguity.
Passion for leveraging emerging technologies, especially AI, to create impact.

Responsibilities

Lead High-Impact Engineering Initiatives
Architect and deliver complex, high-value solutions with speed and precision.
The role will start with building the strategic Integration Services layer that will be a backbone and an integration hub for all of the products Trinity offers.
Own mission-critical efforts, ensuring technical rigor and business alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.

Lead internal forums, tech talks, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing forums.

Serve as a role model for engineers across levels.
