irth Solutions, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions that improves the resiliency of critical infrastructure, including its flagship 811 ticket management system “UtiliSphere”, is hiring an Account Executive with demonstrated success growing existing Solutions within the Utility, Telecom, and Energy space. Our solutions protect millions of consumers and billions of dollars in infrastructure for some of the most recognizable brands in the IOU, Telecom, and Energy business. This is a fully remote role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts through successful technical delivery and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and consultative, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders. The role involves leading software implementations, managing customer expectations, and identifying growth opportunities while acting as the key link between customers, product, and engineering teams. Experience in enterprise SaaS is required; exposure to infrastructure, utilities, or GIS is a strong asset.
