The Developer Productivity team at ServiceNow is responsible for building, evolving and operating ServiceNow's end-end development pipeline. As a Distinguished Engineer with the Developer Productivity group, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives that go across all ServiceNow development teams and significantly affect our development speed and quality and developer happiness. This is an opportunity to help drive CI/CD across an extremely large codebase, leveraging AI at every stage. This is a challenging role working across the company to enable CI/CD transformation. You will provide technical leadership and be able to coach and mentor other software engineers in different methodologies. You will provide deep technical influence on the performance and reliability of ServiceNow's CI/CD pipeline. You will provide perspective on leading industry CICD trends, recommendations on new and emerging technologies, and are able to resolve complex technical problems.
