Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, you will gain a deep understanding of our industry, products, and services, and develop expertise in key technical areas. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

The resource will provide the engineering technical assistance to support different manufacturing functions and activities in the Wild Turkey Bottling Department.
The resource’s main objective will be to drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing bottling process.
Increasing yields by completing Operational Efficiency improvement projects using data to drive project selection.
Use of lean manufacturing problem solving methods to identify the root cause of the issue to be fixed.
The resource will also manage smaller capital investment projects in Bottling relating to continuous improvement initiatives.
