About The Position

Using your expertise in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will: Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and utilizing and maintaining site SOPs Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata Uses government-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata Performs cross-domain product (as associated material) dissemination on approved networks Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Team Lead (Senior-Level). You must meet the minimum requirements: Senior-level qualifications as listed below, plus: 4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations
  • Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Understanding of metadata
  • Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
  • Senior-Level. You must meet the minimum requirements: Mid-level qualifications as listed below, plus: Master’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline; OR Associates degree with 12 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline; OR High School Diploma with 15 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
  • Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
  • At least 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products
  • Mid-Level. You must meet the minimum requirements: At least 8 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 7 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • Intermediate Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced
  • Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
  • Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies
  • Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
  • Knowledgeable in the conduct of intelligence operations and battalion, brigade, and division level intelligence operations and production cycles
  • You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
  • Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.
