About The Position

The Dissemination Specialist prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains. Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites, including the verification of appropriate clearances and accesses of users. Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and utilizing and maintaining site SOPs IAW the appropriate policy and guidance. Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government-approved standards.

Requirements

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph.
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields with 14 years of experience in the same disciplines.
10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration. Responsibilities include task assignment and review, setting project pace, monitoring work-in-progress, and verifying successful completion of deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to work independently over initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversight.
4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting Army Military Intelligence with a Degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic reputation.

Desired certification: CBA, ITIL, CGFM; CDFM; CCP; CMA; PMP; CDP.
