About The Position
Better Business Bureau of Minnesota & North Dakota is seeking a versatile, energetic, and integrity-driven Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Operations team in our Burnsville, MN office. This is an in-office Monday-Friday position. BBB is an international non-profit network that has helped consumers find businesses, brands, and charities they can trust for over 100 years. The position provides a forum for counseling between consumers and businesses and provides resources for the general public to acquire basic consumer and business information.
