Properly handle customer incoming calls withing department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance Accurately record customer reason for disputing transactions Properly respond to customer inquiries regarding existing disputes Research transaction entry modes and additional data Meet assigned deadlines and goals Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality Other duties as assigned Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FCBI is an equal opportunity employer.
