About The Position

Duncan Solutions, LLC, is a full-service transportation management company that focuses on connecting people, technology, and data to make cities more livable and efficient. As a leading provider of parking and tolling management solutions, we support municipal and commercial clients with citation processing, debt collection, DMV registered owner identification, back-office transaction processing, image review, customer service center and customer experience (CX) operations, integrated on-street parking management, and more. The Payment Desk role is responsible for receiving, processing, and reconciling in-person customer payments, ensuring accuracy, security, and professional customer service. This position requires handling large volumes of cash, checks, or credit card payments, managing deposits, and maintaining composure in high-stress or escalated customer situations.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed when interacting with frustrated or hostile individuals.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with citizens and coworkers.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.

Nice To Haves

  • Some customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Record court decisions and update case records accurately in the system.
  • Respond to citizen inquiries in person, by phone, or through written communication.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide general information related to court records or case status.
  • File and maintain court dockets and related documentation.
  • Ensure records are complete, organized, and maintained in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve record discrepancies or documentation issues.
  • Work in a productive, safe, and cooperative manner in accordance with all company policies.
  • Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
