About The Position

Lead warranty failure analysis and resolution. Support detailed design reviews with suppliers, to optimize and ensure high quality design meeting Ford's standards. Drive continuous improvements in products and internal processes. Lead R/1000 reduction year over year Review Connected Vehicle data and Dealer Claims to drive warranty reduction Go-To for Problem Solving - Launch, Recall, Quality / Field Issues. Interface with Display Application Engineers globally. Ability to work in a cross functional team and influence delivery organizations backlog of work to prioritize and deliver quality. This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of experience specialty with display design and validation.
  • Must possess deep technical background in display trouble shooting and failure analysis.
  • Experienced in Electronic Module Quality disciplines and processes.
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.

  • MS Degree in engineering or equivalent degree
