JOB OBJECTIVE: To assist in the packing, filling, and/or labeling of various product components with automated product finishing equipment. Focus on delivering exceptional results by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining rigorous quality standards, meeting delivery deadlines, and continuously improving productivity. Requirements

High School diploma or proven work experience that ensures you are ready to be successful in this role.
Demonstrated competency in general math.
Demonstrated good organizational and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated general computer knowledge with working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, and ERP System.
Proven ability to work in a team environment.
Able to learn and work quickly and accurately.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the operation of several types of filling and packaging equipment in a production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Locate and collect components needed for product assembly.
Setup and operation of the automated product finishing equipment.
Operate all equipment in accordance with department safety and quality guidelines.
Accurate documentation of processes using production paperwork and computer data entry.
Cleaning and basic troubleshooting of automated product finishing equipment.
Assist in inventory reconciliation and annual deep clean and cycle count events.
Cross train in all production work areas that correspond to the Level 1 Product Finishing Career Grid.
