The Dispensing Nurse is responsible for creating a welcoming and healing environment by providing quality, sufficient and appropriate clinical services and maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements

• Currently licensed registered or practical nurse in the state of Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Primarily involved in dispensing methadone, a medication long known for its effectiveness in treating opiate addiction.
• Assists with Intake process.
• Participates in treatment planning meetings.
• Follows-up on all medical referrals and records actions.
• Facilitates detox entry with proper referral.
