  • Manually dispense/package finished product and/or intermediates approved by Quality Control.
  • Operate the filling lines according to SOP.
  • Move material in various size containers that weigh up to 500 lbs using material handling equipment.
  • Perform in-process checks (e.g., visual process inspections, verification of labels, verification of fill weights, etc.).
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure operation efficiency and product quality.
  • Exhibit proficiency in all functions of two of the three skill areas (Manual Filling, Automatic Filling, Water Spider).
  • Maintain a neat, orderly and clean shop floor and workplace at all times.
  • Work in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical skills (Metric vs. English system).
  • 1 – 3 years related experience in a production environment.
  • Product knowledge including color and odor is preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer functions/menus and automated systems is required.
  • Experience in dispensing or a batch-processing manufacturing environment, bar coding and automated dosing systems, and forklift operation is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of interrelationship between room operations and Bioton, WWTP, and Tank Farms is preferred.
  • Ability to perform routine work assignments, multi-task, and follow instructions with moderate supervision.
  • Hard-working, self-motivated, committed to quality, and recognize the impact of day-to-day activities on customer satisfaction.
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written), promptness, consistent attendance, and willingness to work overtime are required.
  • Understanding of work procedures, methods, use of required equipment, and computerized work instructions.
  • Commitment to quality and ability to recognize bad or poor ingredients.
  • Experience in dispensing or a batch-processing manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with bar coding and automated dosing systems.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Competitive pay rate of $21.44/hr - $24.01/hr.
