Are you ready to work as a Dispense Operator on 2nd shift!! Hourly Pay Range: $24.45 per hour. Training requirement: 1st shift for 4+ weeks and, then move to 2nd shift.

  • A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience

Responsibilities

  • Set up and follow written set-up procedures for dispense heads
  • Cup shot, ratio, and test end cap that is to be produced and recorded
  • Continually monitor head pressure to ensure balance and correct imbalances by making proper adjustments
  • Inspect each liner/media assembly to ensure proper assembly and quality
  • Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leader to achieve high efficiency, high quality, and problem resolution
  • Place end cap beneath dispense head and dispense urethane Pot assembly into urethane-filled end cap
  • Follow guidelines for proper use and handling of chemicals and solvents
  • Complete and record all applicable paperwork
  • Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures (LOTO, etc)
