About The Position

The Dispensary Medical Professional at Jushi Holdings Inc. is responsible for providing high-quality consultations and guidance to patrons regarding their medical cannabis needs. This role emphasizes compliance, compassion, and quality care, ensuring that patient consultations run smoothly and adhere to state regulations and company policies. The Medical Professional will work closely with store staff and management to implement store goals and maintain a positive culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Registered medical professional with the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Completion of the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and focused.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to navigate multiple software platforms.
• Knowledge of cannabis.

• Flexibility regarding work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to assist outside of assigned region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in service and dedication to patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Manage the flow of patients at the point of entry, providing outstanding customer service.
• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations and follow-ups with patients and caregivers.
• Guide patients in cannabis recommendations, including product selection and dosing.
• Mentor and train store staff on compliance and best practices.
• Report product issues or complaints to management in real-time.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Medical Professionals.
• Follow all federal, state, and nursing guidelines and regulations.
