About The Position

This role leads all aspects of dispensary operations from team development and customer experience to inventory, compliance, and financial performance. You’ll inspire a diverse team, execute company strategy, and ensure a seamless, memorable experience across in-store and omni-channel platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail management experience (POS operations required)
  • Strong background in inventory control and operational execution
  • Proven ability to drive results through people leadership
  • Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • 21+ and able to meet all state compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Full oversight of dispensary operations, compliance, security, and inventory
  • Revenue growth, profitability, and execution of promotions and local initiatives
  • Financial stewardship, expense management, and operational audits
  • A seamless customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery
  • Loyalty, retention, and community engagement efforts
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing Leaders and Team Members
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and inclusion
  • Align team performance to KPIs and service standards
  • Lead through change while reinforcing Mission, Vision, and Values
