About The Position
Dispensary General Manager (The Green Store-Marlton) NEW STORE OPENING in Marlton, NJ - The Green Store by Ascend We are looking to hire a Dispensary General Manager! THE ROLE The General Manager is responsible for the execution of retail store sales, operations and responsibilities, in order to deliver consistent, positive, industry leading customer experiences and drive profitable top line sales. This will be accomplished by ensuring that all responsibilities are executed with the underlying commitment to Ascend Wellness Holdings and its subsidiaries' values, supporting our customers and our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years' experience in lieu of degree, in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations, knowledge of inventory control systems and strong retail business acumen
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent organization and time management skills
- Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
- Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
