About The Position

Monitor and enforce the company’s safety and entry procedures Enthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the building Check identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the building Monitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breaches Answer front desk phone and direct calls accordingly Assist with clearing snow and or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills required
• Comfortable with handling confidential information
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must pass all required background checks
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
• This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
