About The Position

The Dispensary Concierge at Ritual is responsible for providing a welcoming and informative experience for patients and customers as they enter the dispensary. This part-time role involves assisting with check-in duties, managing customer flow, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. The Concierge will engage with customers, provide information about products, and support the overall operations of the dispensary.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions).
• 2 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
• Knowledge of cannabis and medical marijuana is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and inform patients and customers as they arrive at Ritual.
• Assist with check-in duties or processing intake where needed.
• Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Help ensure a smooth close process at the end of business.
• Open the door for all patients/customers entering and exiting the building.
• Line up patients/customers in the lobby according to medical or Adult-Use status.
• Engage patients/customers in conversation while they wait and inform them about current promotions.
• Supervise all visitors, including collection of identification and maintaining log book records.
• Assist vendors with larger deliveries and check-in when applicable.
• Gather curbside orders and relay them to the Patient Care Advisor for processing.
• Answer the phone when check-in is busy.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
