About The Position
We are a state licensed recreational dispensary located in Sacramento, California, serving customers and patients in the area for over 10 years. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service, fair prices, and a great selection of cannabis products for our members. We are currently seeking talented individuals who possess a passion for the cannabis industry and have exceptional customer service skills to join our team as Dispensary Consultants, also known as Budtenders. As a Budtender, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering high-level and thoughtful customer service. You will greet and assist customers, check IDs, and manage transactions using our POS system. A strong understanding of cannabis products, including cannabinoids, terpenes, and various strains, is essential, as you will be expected to communicate the benefits of our products effectively. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with bi-weekly inventory, and adhering to all cannabis regulations in California. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and a professional demeanor. This part-time position offers flexible shifts, including both morning and evening hours, with opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates must be 21 years or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have at least one year of customer service experience. A passion for the cannabis industry and a willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
