About The Position
As a Dispensary Associate at GrowHealthy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients in the Orlando, Florida area. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about the cannabis industry and dedicated to ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and products. You will be part of a team that prioritizes a 'Patients First' approach, focusing on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with patients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate medical marijuana products based on physician recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding patient information and interactions, ensuring that all processes comply with company policies and state regulations. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure. You will be expected to create and execute patient orders accurately, deducting the appropriate amounts from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR). Staying current with company policies and procedures is essential, as is the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems as they are introduced.
