This position involves being the first point of contact for our valued customers, answering calls, scheduling appointments for our skilled technicians, and managing up to 20 routes efficiently. The role requires exceptional customer service skills to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar software preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Great organizational skills and excellent multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide customer support.
• Schedule appointments for technicians.
• Manage up to 20 routes efficiently.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure service delivery.
