About The Position

The Dispatcher at VMJH LLC is responsible for managing fuel orders, scheduling, and dispatching gasoline and diesel loads for retail and wholesale accounts. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to interface effectively with customers, sales teams, and terminals while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and HOS requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's in Logistics preferred.
• 2 years+ experience in Dispatching and Compliance; experience in fuel operations preferred.
• Strong customer service focus required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments and competing priorities.
• Ability to function in a high-stress environment.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Knowledge of specific gasoline and diesel requirements by geographical area.
• Availability to be on call 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processing fuel orders received via email, web, and telephone.
• Interfacing with customers and the sales force.
• Managing supply allocation and price management with terminals.
• Monitoring and complying with all DOT regulations and dispatching within HOS requirements.
