About The Position

The Ready Mix Dispatcher at GFT Ready Mix is responsible for coordinating and communicating information to facilitate the deployment of goods and services. This role requires effective scheduling and organization of loads for customers and drivers, ensuring efficient operations within a team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Bilingual - Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions while providing excellent customer service.
• Prior ready mix/concrete knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Command Alkon Series software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize loads for customers and drivers efficiently and quickly.
• Coordinate with various employees to execute loads on trucks and communicate job site locations.
• Review schedules and customer orders throughout the day to anticipate business demands.
• Report any delivery problems for quick resolution or mitigation.
• Complete order intake and assist customers in identifying proper products needed for specific end uses.
• Complete daily reports and perform other duties as needed.
