Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities.
Address any issues with drivers, customers, or shipments as they arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide support to drivers for route planning, vehicle maintenance, and other operational needs.

Previous experience as a Dispatcher in the trucking or transportation industry (required).
Strong knowledge of transportation operations, including routing, logistics, and compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
