About The Position

As we continue to grow due to an increased volume of business, we are seeking to add outstanding individuals to our Dispatcher role. This position is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. The Dispatcher will be responsible for identifying and dispatching quality third-party carriers at competitive rates, managing software dispatch systems, and maintaining customer relationships while supervising drivers on loads. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher will also ensure driver compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and complete daily reporting of dispatch activity. Additionally, the role involves facilitating all over-the-road breakdowns, accidents, weather delays, and any route exceptions, while cultivating strong relationships with both drivers and customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently with customers and thrives in a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be expected to provide customers with carrier updates, respond to incoming emails including quote inquiries and new business inquiries, and confirm that orders are delivered.
