Purpose The Dispatcher will maintain constant communication with Service Technicians to coordinate dispatch board and maintain the dispatch schedule. Essential Job Functions Dispatch Service Techs using Service Titan Coordinate the schedule and monitor the dispatch board Prioritize the most urgent customer appointments Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field Analyze and solve issues impacting technicians and customers Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of six (6) months of previous dispatch experience preferred Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite Positive attitude Friendly disposition Enjoys interfacing with technicians and customers on the phone Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening Excellent customer service skills Ability to be empathetic and resolve customer grievances Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in stressful situations Must have the ability to work in a team environment Work Environment Standard office with shared common space and individual workspaces with dividers. Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk Prolonged periods of working at a computer Must be able to lift 20 pounds Supervisory Responsibility None. All questionable matters are referred to the Supervisor.
