Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule service calls for HVAC and plumbing technicians
• Manage technician routes to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Work closely with CSRs and field teams to keep the day running smoothly
• Handle schedule changes, emergency calls, and last-minute adjustments
• Ensure the right tech gets to the right job at the right time
• Keep systems updated with accurate job notes and customer details

Benefits

• Consistent schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
