About The Position

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Dispatcher based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ office to coordinate and schedule aggregate material orders in our East region. This role is responsible for effectively communicating and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good cognitive skills
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment preferred
• Dispatch and/or logistics experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Recognize and prevent scheduling conflicts and/or special requests
• Point of contact for all customers for all aggregate sites when placing orders.
• Utilize computer programs to assure correct billing and order fulfillment.
• Effectively communicating and interacting with customers, truckers, vendors, and co-workers.
• DEP record keeping/reporting for plant production and hours of operation.
• Problem job reports
• Verification of hours for weekly payroll.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
