What You’ll Be Doing As a Dispatcher at Nextech, you’ll be the linchpin of field service operations. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure that our technicians and customers are aligned, informed, and fully supported every step of the way. This is a role that requires precision, adaptability, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous dispatch experience (service industry preferred)
  • High-level computer skills, especially in Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Top-notch communication skills — written and verbal
  • Team-first attitude with a solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp focus on accuracy and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Managing real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to ensure technician schedules are up to date
  • Communicating service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management
  • Tracking service history, updates, and customer communications in the database
  • Coordinating daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work
  • Verifying technician check-ins/outs and confirming IVR compliance
  • Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs successfully
  • Providing world-class support to internal teams and customers — always with professionalism and urgency
  • Collaborating with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls
  • Managing data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region
