Superior Aircraft Services is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team as a Dispatcher. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the overall operations of the airport are met by providing support and communication with Airlines and Supervisors.

  • Swiftly walk long distances for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls for wheelchair requests from airlines
  • Input Wheelchair Requests and Dispatching Ticket Counters, Arrivals, and Boarding
  • Communicate the Status of Wheelchair Requests to Airlines
  • Maintain Radio Communication with Supervisors
  • Maintain Deviation of Employees, Assign Lunches and Breaks to agents
  • Maintain Operation Plan and Boarding Log
  • Assist passengers at the arrival and departure
  • Communicate any issues to Supervisors
