About The Position

IKM Building Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher responsible for taking applicable information from customer callers and dispatching all HVAC requests to the service technicians.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
6-12 months or dispatch/call center experience
Knowledge of general customer service principles and practices
Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written

Responsibilities

Accommodate a heavy volume of calls from customers and field service technicians.
Efficiently dispatch all HVAC service requests to the service technicians per IKM response standards.
Organize and dispatch service requests, including determining which calls are most critical.
Schedule all planned and unplanned maintenance calls with customers and technicians.
Maintain knowledge of service technician whereabouts in order to provide accurate estimate of technician arrival to the customer.
Check in service paperwork and close completed service tickets daily.
Generate expiring maintenance agreement list and notify all Project Managers with applicable list monthly – follow up to ensure PMA is booked prior to expiration.
Create service tickets monthly for upcoming PMAs.
Participate in department meetings as requested.
Ensure accuracy of service technician time reporting and provide time sheets for payroll each Monday.
Perform additional assignments as requested and maintains a teamwork attitude.
